Every individual brings something unique to our success and the quality of the products we make, but it takes the entire team to deliver at the highest level.
Unlike most fabrication and machine shops, our people are rarely stationary and are not likely to be replaced by a robot or AI anytime soon–if ever. We do not run production here. We build fully custom tooling, fixtures, and carts in very low quantities. Every day, we’re working out how best to go about making something and often switching between machines to get the job done.
We believe that the talent, passion, and motivation of team members is the key to any company’s success— and that’s why we think Jet Tool has flown as far as it has. We value every hire as an important cog to the well-oiled machine that we are. It takes each one of us to consistently deliver top-notch components, assemblies, and machinery.
