Jet Tool is a learning environment. We believe that curiosity and a desire to grow and learn are often more important than the amount of experience a candidate may have.
For this position, we are looking for someone with a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) OR a certificate/degree in Accounting or related field. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ideal candidates will have experience using QuickBooks.

Accounting / Office Manager assists in recording and processing invoices, preparing bill payments, managing banking transactions, closing monthly income statements and balance sheets, and general filing of financial documents.
The ideal candidate will also help with human resource related items, answer telephones, and other duties to ensure the front office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Supports accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements, and running software programs.
Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with the general ledger.
Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer and processing backups.
Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Process weekly payroll including tax and liability payments.
Manage cash flow through daily deposits and ACH payments.
Oversee and help to input and process accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with employee healthcare and other benefits.
Qualifications:
Familiarity and proficient with Quick Books
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Reporting skills
Typing proficiency
Familiarity with 13 week cash flow spreadsheets desired.
